We would like to introduce a case study of problem-solving at semiconductor cleaning equipment manufacturer S, conducted by our company. At the company’s site, although there were many young engineers, there were no technicians capable of management, making it impossible to divide the tasks as desired. Initially, we started our business with a dispatch contract. We proposed the introduction of a leading member as a technician to manage the tasks, thereby expanding the structure. We prepared a contracted environment within our company and proposed a dual structure of on-site presence and contracting. Initially, we dispatched one person to participate. With that engineer as the lead, we proposed an in-house contract system to address the issues. In addition to alignment control development, we also engaged in the development of the inspection equipment's user interface.
